As the rest of my family arrived they were greeted by Dan and Paul and shown were to go. All through the service they were very attentive to our needs. My cousin decided to lay rose pedals down on the floor and by the end of the evening they had spread all over the floor.

Clifford “Duane” Thomas, 66, of Clarksburg went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 14, 2022 at his residence with family at his side. Why choose our funeral home?
We asked if we could please help by picking them up and Paul would not let us and said "you guys have been through enough". His statement was very empathetic and it was very nice of him to pick up the pedals. Loosing my cousin was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through and Dan and Paul really helped my family get through it. I want to say Thank you very much for all that they did and I would highly recommend Davis Funeral Home to anyone who has lost a loved one. This is the fee for the services the funeral home will provide during a graveside service.

It was a very emotional time for my entire family and the inconsiderate, abrupt & rude behavior of the staff is what forced me to write this review. I would never recommend this place to anyone who cares about their loved ones. For the finals arrangements and finiancial obligations and the funeral home was made aware of this change well at least we hoped ALL the staff members were brought up to speed on things. Not only was the timing off but her contact person was wrong and thank goodness for emotions the situation went with only the few close ppl sitting by observing and hearing the situation ... Again they did a good job preparing the body but I advise shoooing around before deciding on ANY funeral home this situation made me look into the plan ahead plan BUT elsewhere ...
